Arrive at Cedarville University for chapel – 9:30

Chapel at 10 – special chapel

Lunch on Campus – 11:00 (Price included)

Leave for Oakfield – 12

Arrive at Oakfield – 5:30

-          Ark Encounter

o   Adult ticket – $40

o   Senior (60 +) - $31

o   Child (5-12) - $28

-          Lunch at Cedarville - $6.25 a person

-          Hotel – $119 for 1-2 people/ $134 for 3-4 people

-          Transportation cost will be adjusted based on number of people going.  15 passenger van ticket is estimated at $23 (based on 30)

PAYMENT DATES

-          Cost of Hotel room due - Sunday Jan. 29, 2017

-          Cost of bus ticket due – Sunday Feb. 26, 2017

-          Cost of ark tickets and CU lunch due – Sunday Mar. 26, 2017

Make checks out to Oakfield Baptist Church and put in offering in envelope marked Ark Encounter with the name of who it is paying for.
